Booking policy

Appointment arrangement

All appointments must be booked through this website.
Booking through any other platform or method is not possible.

Deposit

A non-refundable €10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash
(or card) on the day of your appointment.

Late policy

If you’re running late, please inform us as soon as possible.

• 10 minutes late: €15 fee
• 15 minutes late: €25 fee

After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you can log in to your account and manually reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling is only allowed within the same month of your original booking.
If you attempt to reschedule outside this period or fail to do so on time, you will lose your deposit and must pay a new one to book again.

Cancellation / no-shows

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

To book a new appointment afterward, you must pay a new deposit plus 100% of the appointment cost (automatically charged to your original payment method).

If you cancel or do not show up twice in a row, you will be blacklisted from future bookings.
